Six-Week 5K Running Program

This six-week program meets every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Shannon Center starting on Monday, Aug. 29. We will run outside, weather permitting (we will run on the indoor track if the weather is bad). We have six running coaches to help train, motivate, and pace you! Kids are welcome to participate as long as they sign up with an adult. The cost is $20 per person for the six-week program!
